Requirements Before Real Publish Can Be Enabled Later

  1. Manager must select the correct draft schedule period.
  2. Draft period must have a valid start and end date.
  3. Draft period must contain draft shifts.
  4. Every draft shift must have an employee assignment.
  5. Every draft shift must have work date, start time, and end time.
  6. Soft conflict warnings must be reviewed by the manager.
  7. Publish-prep acknowledgment should exist.
  8. Duplicate risk from existing published rows must be reviewed.
  9. Dry run and permission gate should be reviewed before enabling a real publish action.
  10. Real publish action must stay separate from payroll, Time Clock, POS shifts, reservations, payments, waivers, customer profiles, exports, employee texts, and schedule locking until separately approved.
