Normal Manager Workflow

  1. Manager creates or reviews draft schedule period.
  2. Manager reviews permission gate, dry run, readiness, enablement checklist, and audit preview.
  3. Manager opens Internal Publish Action.
  4. System blocks publish if required published tables/columns are missing, draft period dates are missing, draft shifts are missing, shift assignment/time is missing, or duplicate published references exist.
  5. Manager types PUBLISH and confirms internal-only boundaries.
  6. System writes only to hd_published_schedule_periods, hd_published_shifts, and hd_schedule_audit_logs.
  7. Manager reviews published schedule in Published Viewer.
  8. Manager prints browser packet from Published Print Packet screen when needed.
  9. No employee notifications, payroll, Time Clock, POS shift creation, reservations, payments, waivers, customer profiles, exports, or schedule locking are triggered by this published schedule suite.
