One-off unavailable blocks for staff scheduling visibility. These are manager-visible scheduling notes only: no schedule blocking, no employee texts, no payroll changes, and no Time Clock rule changes.

Phase 25B-51 CSV export:
The main unavailable blocks list can now be exported as CSV with the same date range, employee, block type, status, and search filters.
Phase 25B-33 visibility:
Weekly, Daily, and Staff schedule pages now show read-only active unavailable blocks for scheduled employees.
This visibility does not block scheduling or change payroll/time-clock behavior.
Phase 25B-34 print visibility:
Weekly, Daily, and Staff print schedules now include read-only active unavailable blocks for scheduled employees where print view markers were found.

Audit trail for unavailable block creation and status / manager note updates. These audit records do not block scheduling or change payroll/time-clock behavior.
No unavailable block audit activity has been recorded yet.
Phase 25B-35 audit foundation:
Unavailable block creates and status updates are now recorded in an audit trail.
Audit logging is separate from scheduling and does not block schedule saves.
Phase 25B-38 dashboard badges:
Active one-off unavailable block counts are now visible on Schedule Operations Hub and, when active view markers are found, on Home and Time Clock.
Phase 25B-43 soft conflicts:
Weekly, Daily, and Staff schedule screens now show read-only soft conflict badges when scheduled employees also have active unavailable blocks.
This does not block scheduling.
Phase 25B-44 print soft conflicts:
Printable schedule reports now show read-only unavailable block soft conflict visibility where print view markers were found.
Phase 25B-45 soft conflict report:
A full read-only operations report now compares scheduled shifts against active one-off unavailable blocks.
This remains advisory only and does not block scheduling.
Read-only scheduling visibility:
Unavailable blocks are stored for manager visibility. This foundation does not block schedule saves or change payroll/time-clock behavior.
