Phase 25B-27 visibility: Constraint review badges now appear on Schedule Operations Hub and, when active view markers are found, on Home and Time Clock. These badges show recent review activity and needs-attention counts without changing source records.

Phase 25B-24 manager review: Managers can now mark constraint queue items as Reviewed, Needs Attention, or Cleared. This creates a separate review record only; it does not alter the original time-off, availability, or schedule request record.

Phase 25B-30 scheduling-screen visibility: Weekly, Daily, and Staff schedule pages now show read-only latest constraint review status for scheduled employees.

Read-only manager review: This constraints queue does not block scheduling, send employee texts, change payroll, or alter Time Clock rules.
