Why these fees exist
2.5% + $0.30 is what we are charged by the credit card company in order to be able to take online reservations.
The platform convenience fee is imposed to keep this platform up to date and provide customers and owners technical support as needed without having to increase product/service pricing.
These fees are absolutely non-refundable in any situation. To be eligible for a refund of fees, the SaaS owner would have to agree to it.
