Why these fees exist
3.3% + $0.30 is what we are charged by the credit card company in order to be able to take online reservations.
Cancel 24+ hours before start for a full refund to your original payment method. Within 24 hours of start, there is no cash refund — you’ll receive a complimentary booking credit valid for 4 weeks instead.
Complimentary booking credits
A booking credit covers one full session (bay/play and fees) when you redeem it at checkout — no card charge. Unused credits expire after 4 weeks; we’ll send a friendly reminder about a week before. View credits and expiration dates under My account. League play allotments are separate.
